Your planning system coordinates both the factory and the delivery fleet. As Operations Director, you know what a day of downtime means for your customers’ deliveries.
From the company description: “delivers feed daily to dairy and poultry farms in Groningen, Friesland and Drenthe using its own fleet and planning system”

With three bakeries and overnight deliveries to supermarkets, your systems need to stay available. One stolen password could affect tomorrow morning’s delivery.
From the company description: “bakes at three locations and delivers fresh bread every night to supermarkets and hospitality businesses in the Randstad”

You deliver fresh fish to restaurants and care facilities every day. With such perishable products, a disruption to scheduling can have an immediate impact.
From the company description: “fresh fish for restaurants, care facilities and fishmongers in Zuid-Holland; family business since 1962”
On Thursday 8 October, Vuurtoren Security and Meridiaan Verzekeringen are hosting an event on cyber resilience for food and feed businesses. An ethical hacker will show which login credentials and business information are being traded on the dark web.

Frequently asked questions
Before your first campaign.
Can I use my own sending accounts?
Yes. Campaigns send from mailboxes you connect, so replies land where you already work. A campaign does not launch until at least one mailbox is connected.
How are daily sending limits applied?
Per mailbox, inside the sending window you set. Kai spreads the sends across the day and stops at the limit; whatever is left moves to the next sending day.
Can I change a campaign after launch?
Yes. Pause it at any time, adjust the targeting and edit the steps that have not gone out yet. Emails already sent stay as they were.
What happens when there is no reliable detail to personalise?
Your fallback copy is used for that section. You see which sample recipients would get the fallback before you launch, so nothing generic goes out unseen.
