Do I need a Re:Shark account?
Yes. MCP works on top of your workspace: you sign in with your Re:Shark account and the assistant acts as you, within your plan and your permissions.
Which MCP clients are supported?
Any client that takes a remote MCP server over OAuth. Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor are the ones we test with.
Which actions use credits?
Email enrichment: 5 credits per address found, nothing for lookups that find none. Searching companies and people, looking a company up, exporting and reading conversations do not use credits.
What can a connected assistant access?
The data and campaigns in the workspace you sign in to, with the permissions of your account. It cannot see other workspaces or other members’ private notes.
How do I revoke access?
In Re:Shark, open Settings → Security → Connected agents and remove the connection. The assistant loses access immediately.
