Own the work from idea to production
Develop an idea, build the solution and stay involved after launch. Work wherever the problem is: in the application, the data or the infrastructure.
Rapid iteration
We build prototypes, test with real data and ship improvements quickly. Then we measure the results and adjust.
High autonomy
Direct communication, fast decisions, and underspecified problems where figuring out the actual issue is part of the job.
Work that gets used
Customers use our agents every day. You see the results of your work in replies, meetings and revenue, as well as failures we can learn from.

Intro call
30 minutes with the hiring manager. What you are looking for, what the role actually is, whether it is a match.
Work session
A short exercise close to the real job. Then we talk through it together.
Meet the team
Two conversations with people you would work with day to day. As much for you as for us.
Offer
A written offer within 48 hours of the last conversation. Take the time you need.
