VANDERKROGT.CO (a brand of Alox Consulting B.V.) is a globally operating CRM & clienteling firm to luxury and premium brands who want to build a loyal and profitable client base. Our founder Marion van der Krogt is a former Gucci and Mercedes-Benz CRM & Relational Marketing Manager. She has hands-on experience with clienteling & VIP marketing activities to increase engagement and retention of priority VIC segments as well as creating and capitalizing on commercial opportunities in this segment. In addition to that Marion has project managed several CRM technology initiatives across a variety of software solutions such as Salesforce, SAP CRM, Siebel and custom systems.
