The Integration Room is a trauma-informed practice dedicated to helping individuals find stability, healing, and growth. We offer a blend of evidence-based therapies and somatic integration tools, creating a safe space for clients to process past experiences, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with themselves.

Our services range from one-on-one trauma reprocessing and EMDR, to somatic practices such as breathwork, grounding, and movement. With an emphasis on whole-person care, we meet each client where they are and support them in building resilience, clarity, and balance.

At The Integration Room, we believe healing is not about quick fixes, it’s about creating lasting integration between mind, body, and life.
