Smelt& is the label under which I work with companies as a fractional commercial leader. I step in part-time as CCO or CMO to shape strategy and drive execution, embedded in the team.

Over the past years I’ve supported scale-ups, PE-backed companies, and family businesses that need to grow, reposition, or enter new markets. I help create focus, align teams, and move fast on what matters commercially.

I’m based in the Netherlands, work remote or hybrid, and travel easily across Europe.
