We provide (kick)boxing workouts to get you and your employees into shape! Nobody gets hurt, we promise! In this workout we will get the best out of you, it doesn't matter if you are a beginner or a pro! Get connected with colleages from other divisions and get to know each other in a fun way. For companies it's a great way to get your staff into shape and reduce absense due to the great shape your staff will get into. One on one pads training is also possible and if you have any requests, feel free to contact us. We will arrange all equipment, you only need to have a couple of m2 available at your company.
