The meaning of Love to me is to support others to be complete, allow them to evolve to their full potential. Love for me is a conscious and sincere attitude towards the other. I try to connect what is separated. I believe Love is the only force that makes the ego aware of the existence of something outside yourself. Two forces are existing in the centre of my coaching (private as well as in business) and mentoring conversations: Power as the desire to achieve personal goals. Love as the need for connectedness. For my clients the challenge is to find out that you need both forces to grow and create something.
