Er Is Op Dit Moment Behoefte Aan Puur En Eerlijk Eten
En mede door het gebruik van internet en social media is er een afstand ontstaan op sociaal vlak. Ook is hierdoor veel leegstand ontstaan in de binnensteden van Nederland.
Ik probeer daar wat aan te doen door in deze leegstand, pop-up restaurants te openen om de mensen weer te laten genieten van gezellig samen zijn en lekker eten. Social media heeft ons te lang van elkaar verwijderd.
