Equanimity is an emotional intelligence (EQ) training agency started by Boris Nauta. Equanimity offers training for individuals, creative companies and people-oriented organizations with a focus on the three most important skills that characterize emotional intelligence: - Expression: being able to express yourself clearly and effectively with respect for the other person - Self-awareness: being aware of your own patterns, needs, emotions and pitfalls - Empathic ability: have the ability to empathize and to be kind to yourself and others

All training courses offered by Equanimity aim to further develop these skills within yourself or to cultivate them within teams and organizations.
