CtDu provides interim management: looking at change cultivation. Next to Custom training, advice coaching and program and project development. We work EDI based, in all of the services and ventures. Working with creative work forms and using storytelling as a means to connect. Working at the crossroads of community, society, education and arts and culture is our main focus. We cover areas at the level of local & national government, police force and educational/cultural organisations in the national and international context.
