Stilzitten wordt ons van jongs af aangeleerd. Vooral op school. Terwijl stilzitten helemaal niet goed voor je is! Maar gelukkig is er de beweegklas. Dat is fietsend een spreekbeurt aanhoren. Staand de topografie van Griekenland leren en ga zo maar door. Het komt erop neer dat de kinderen opstaan uit de leerbanken en actief bewegen tijdens de les!
