I have worked in Technology all my career so far, and by doing that, I had the luxury to work with and in so many companies, which helped me to better understand how a society like this, really operates, and what is the meaning of establishing relationships between co-workers. I have decided to support people to better navigate through the challenges faced in their organizations, and how to better understand the real meaning of relationships, behaviors, and all the aspects that potentially impact our day-to-day performance.
