Technical Hands-On Support Hands on support and coaching for (Chief) Electricians in regards how to set up and run a proper electrical department. The do’s and don’ts and man management skills, reliability engineered maintenance and being cost conscious with keeping a minimum of stock with maximum performance for example, but also the preparations of yearly (class) surveys. Running a technical department can be run like a project. The performance is based on own experience and supported theoretically with IPMA influence. 1.Troubleshooting of electrical systems a.
